We are conducting outreach and property visits to raise awareness of District services. Property visits are a quick check of your front and back yards for water sources where mosquitoes may grow. These visits help us prepare for warmer weather and increased mosquito populations. Please prepare your property for our visit by leaving gates unlocked and pets inside.

We will visit on ___________________.

Please call (650) 344-8592 if you have questions or need to reschedule.

If you prefer we do not visit on this date, please check this box and leave on your door.
