Paul has 40 years of experience managing Environmental Health and Safety programs in global companies. He is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and Certified Safety Professional (CSP). Paul has a BS in Environmental Toxicology from UC Davis and an MS in Environmental & Occupational Health from California State University Northridge. Paul has lived in Foster City since 1984. He was first appointed to the Board of Trustees in September 2021.
