A. Status of the construction project at 1415 North Carolan, Burlingame

• Report by: District Manager, Brian Weber
• ACTION: No action necessary, informational only.

B. Review the preliminary financial report for FY 2026-27 as of August 31, 2026

• Report by: Finance Director, Richard Arrow, CPA
• ACTION: Recommend the Board approve the Financial Report for FY 2026-27 as of August 31, 2026.

C. Recommend a finance lender and loan duration to the board for approval

• Report by: Brian Weber, District Manager, and Richard Arrow, Finance Director
• ACTION: Motion to recommend a financing lender and loan duration for the $5 million construction financing and authorize the District Manager to execute all related agreements once approved by legal counsel.

D. Preliminary discussion: earthquake insurance for district properties. 

• Report by: Brian Weber, District Manager
• ACTION: Provide staff direction on additional information to be included to support the Board's earthquake insurance discussion
