January 2021 Service Requests
Total service requests were slightly higher this January than the five-year average. This is largely due to the increase in the number of dead bird reports throughout the County. As reported last month, the bird fatalities are likely due to a Salmonella outbreak, particularly within Pine Siskins. The “Other” category of requests in January include complaints regarding cockroaches and bed bugs.
