All service requests and reports are confidential. If you are making a service request for a property that is not your own, we will not disclose your name or other information to owners or occupants. If we need to access other properties while responding to your service request, we will not disclose your name or information to neighbors. However, we do need your name and contact information in case it’s necessary to follow up with you for more information about your request.
