Service Modifications due to COVID-19
In an effort to comply with guidance from our state and local health departments, and to protect both our staff and the public from the risk of COVID-19 transmission, we have made a few modifications to our operating procedures.
Board of Trustees meetings will be held via teleconference until further notice. The public is still welcome to attend and comment remotely.
All in-person presentations and events are cancelled until further notice. However, you may request a training or presentation via teleconference for your group. Email email@example.com to schedule.
The District office is closed to the public. Please do NOT drop off specimens for identification at the office; you may leave the specimen in a plastic bag or container at your door and request a technician to pick it up. Fish are available for delivery only; please call to request fish delivery.
We are still accepting service requests that can be completed without face-to-face contact between technicians and residents and without technicians entering any residence. Technicians will not be meeting face-to-face with residents. If you need a property inspection, the technician will deliver your inspection report by email or phone – not in person.
Service requests can still be made using our online form or by calling (650) 344-8592. In order to accommodate your request, the technician must be able to access your property without meeting you in person.
