Service Modifications due to COVID-19
In an effort to comply with the March 16th, 2020 public health order, we will be reducing staffing and limiting our operations to essential functions only. The District office is closed to the public.
We are still accepting service requests, but technicians will not be meeting face-to-face with residents. Please do not drop off specimens for identification at the office; you may leave the specimen in a plastic bag or container at your door and request a technician to pick it up. If you need a property inspection, the technician will deliver your inspection report by email or phone – not in person.
Board of Trustees meetings will be held via teleconference until further notice.
Service requests can still be made using our online form or by calling (650) 344-8592. In order to accommodate your request, the technician must be able to access your property without meeting you in person.
We apologize for any inconvenience, and hope to return to our usual services soon.
